Before looking at advertisements, gather doctors, prescriptions, pharmacies, travel patterns, preferred language support, expected procedures, and current plan notices.
Family-supported conversations work better
For many Korean-American families, the adult child may organize paperwork while the parent makes the final coverage decision. A good consultation should give both people a clear explanation of tradeoffs and next steps.
